Post Assessment
What can parents do after the assessment?
A specific Personal Consultation can be set up after the assessment to discuss and review the report and plan the next steps forward. This is an opportunity to discuss concerns at a deeper level and set targets to overcome prioritised difficulties.
Follow-on opportunities to review and reflect on progress can ensure that targets are being met, and new recommendations are made for target setting for behavioural, emotional and educational needs. Meetings can also be conducted with school and other parties involved ensuring full communication.
